AmChams in Europe share best practices

43 AmCham representatives from 30 countries came together for the Annual AmChams in Europe (ACE) Best Practices Conference 2016 last week in Ljubliana, Slovenia.

Executive Directors and Managers shared best practices from their AmChams as well as exchanged knowledge and experience on how to bring the best results to their organizations, members and countrie's business environment.

During the Best Practices sessions 10 AmChams from different countries presented their projects in four areas: Membership, Advocacy, Communications and Creative Initiatives. Voting for the "Creative Network Award" then took place between the participants and Slovenia with their initiative "Partnership for Change" was voted the best initiative of 2016.

The conference was concluded with the ACE Directors Roundtable, where the participants discussed the latest geopolitical developments and the challenges AmChams face in the new environment.

AmCham Latvia is a member of AmChams in Europe (ACE), the network of 45 AmChams across Europe and Eurasia. Its mission is to exchange best practice ideas, mutual member company benefits and to provide a forum for discussion, debate and where necessary representation on issues relevant to the European business environment. Founded in 1963, ACE represents the interests of more than 17,000 American and European companies in 44 countries with more than ,1 trillion in transatlantic investment.
