AmCham leadership speaks at LACC Town Hall
AmCham representatives spoke on strengthening the partnership with the Latvian American Chamber of Commerce (LACC) to promote U.S.-Latvia economic ties for enhancing economic security at the Annual Town Hall of LACC. Among other speakers were LACC Co-Chairs Janis Bergs and Lauris Lambergs, Latvian Ambassador to the U.S. Maris Selga, President of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce Aigars Rostovskis and Board member of Red Jackets Association Edite Sipko.

Ms. Smite-Roke gave an insight into her priorities for the future strategic development of the State Revenue Service and the improvement of Latvia's tax system.

Unveiling the roadmap for healthcare transformation
On March 22, members had the opportunity to discuss the latest developments in the healthcare system with Hosams Abu Meri, Minister of Health during AmCham's speaker luncheon. The Minister laid out a comprehensive plan for healthcare transformation - one that is resilient, digital, and adaptive in the face of evolving demands. In addition to the Minister, the luncheon was joined by several high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Health and NHS.
