- Direct sales vs. sales channel creation;
- Marketing methods:

  • Social marketing;
  • Exhibitions;
  • Word of mouth;
- Finding the most suitable sales partners: distributors, resellers, integrators, OEMs, agents, "manufacturer representatives";
- Key points in partner agreements;
- Partners on-boarding and management;
- Organization of goods logistics.

The topics listed will be illustrated by real life examples based on the personal experience of Janis Bergs in the management and development of SAF Tehnika, the U.S. subsidiary. SAF Tehnika manufactures telecommunications equipment and its clients are Internet service companies, mobile operators, television broadcasting organizations and various other business customers.
