The 5th meeting of the AmCham Labor Force Working Group took place on November 7 at Microsoft Latvia office, Zaļā iela 1.  The group discussed ways how to address the growing need for qualified labor. Among possible solutions liberalizing immigration, supporting remigration and increasing good corporate culture between employers and employees were proposed. 

Members discussed conducting a survey among the membership, which should help guide us in setting concrete recommendations. Organizing a public discussion and collecting best practices from our closest neighbors were also considered.
