Healthcare WG meeting with Bank of Latvia Economist

On May 20, members of healthcare work group had an opportunity to meet with Olegs Krasnopjorovs, Economist at the Bank of Latvia who gave a presentation on impact of healthcare on the macroeconomy that initiated discussion on public health funding.
Members also discussed latest developments related to five healthcare pilot projects of 2021: Oncology Data Registry, Digital Health Summit, Digital Health Strategy, Legal Framework for Secondary Use of Health Data and Value based healthcare approach.
