On April 18 our members met at the Business After Hours event hosted by EPAM and Tech Recruitment where four profound experts shared their experience on how to build high-performing teams in a time of an ongoing talent shortage.

Hanna is an HR professional with a robust history of 13 years in People Management. In her current tenure, she stands as the People Head at EPAM Latvia, efficiently driving HR solutions in relation to employee retention, motivation, and growth. Her strategies are backed by strong data, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with the company's overall goals. Hanna is highly invested in personnel development and is involved in various educational and mentoring programs for both HR and managers. Combining industry insights with a tailored approach, Hanna strives to continually push boundaries in HR practices.

Dana is a Recruitment Consultant and the Founder of Tech Recruitment  – a company specializing in recruiting professionals and executives in the field of technology (ICT, engineering, design, fintech, healthtech, adtech, martech, telco, ecommerce). With over 13 years of experience, she is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and managers build efficient teams. While working as an HR professional in different international organizations and startups, she has gained valuable experience.
