Advancing gender diversity on boards and fair pay

On December 18, AmCham Empower Her work group met with Vita Andrews and Daiga Auzina-Melalksne, representatives of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) to discuss the promotion of gender equality across business organizations including gender-diverse boards and reduction of gender pay gaps.
#Empower Her is a collaborative effort by the U.S. Department of Commerce and AmChams in Europe promoting women's empowerment in business and in the workplace.
I would highly recommend membership to other professionals looking to expand their business connections.
