On April 24, AmCham Corporate Contributing members met with Viktors Valainis, Minister of Economics of Latvia.
The Minister shared his insights on global trade policy shifts, trade tensions, and Latvia's strategic response to emerging challenges. There was a discussion on resolving double taxation and the issues related to improving the business and investment environment. The members addressed their questions concerning the industry they represent, and engaged in discussions and networking.

The meeting was held in the Thought Leaders Series, a program designed exclusively for the top management of our Corporate Contributing members bringing together leaders to exchange views on various timely issues critical for their business.
