September month marked the conclusion of SEB Growth Program - training for ambitious Latvian small and medium-sized enterprises for confidence in the growth of their companies. Throughout the 6-month journey, 11 teams identified growth challenges and worked diligently to find solutions. They benefited from day-to-day mentorship by Viesturs Sosārs and Helve Innovation lead Elīne Lizandere, as well as lectures and mentorship from experts including Farid Singh, Jelena Solovjova, Madara Zelcane, Daniel Andor, Janis Kaulins, Ivars Krutainis and Maris Saulajs.

Under the guidance of international and local business experts, the program participants had an opportunity:

• Gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of the current topics of business growth
• Use such business development and iteration methods to test the viability of solution and the market's response to it as quickly as possible
• Work on his/her own challenges, while receiving support and individual mentoring
• Implement innovative solutions in the daily life of their company and promote change in the future

Successful long-term growth is only possible if sustainability is seen as crucial. The growth program focuses in depth on business sustainability factors.
