AmCham welcomes new Executive Director

Lina Karklina has been appointed the Interim Executive Director of AmCham Latvia. Lina will be responsible for all AmCham activities, the AmCham office on a daily basis and an ongoing support to the Board of Directors. We welcome her onboard and wish her all the success!

Lina Karklina recently returned from the United States where she worked as a Program Officer at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, DC with the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation (BAFF) scholarship. She has gained wide experience in project management in various fields and in numerous countries, including the Riga Conference in 2013 and 2014. She has worked for both government and non-governmental organizations while working closely with local and international businesses, embassies, governments, parliaments, international organizations, societies and media. Lina holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy from University of Latvia.
