This topic will be explored in a debate during the WLEIF on July 10, moderated by President of AmCham Latvia Arnis Kakulis who said: "If Latvia could tap into even 1% of this EU/US trade value, our trade with the US would be 22 times larger than it is currently."
Panelists will include Uldis Sipols, Vice President of Sonoco, which is a multi-billion dollar global provider of consumer packaging, industrial products, and protective solutions (USA), Imants Purvs, Latvian Honorary Consul in Canada and Director of Lettonia Trading Inc. (Canada), Juris Blodnieks, President of the Latvian American Shipping Line, Matiss Kukainis, Partner at Law Firm Spīgulis & Kukainis, Attorney at Law (Latvia) and Peteris Žimants, Chairman of the Board of Pure Chocolate (Latvia).
