Citadele Bank announced the appointment of Rūta Ežerskienė as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Management Board. Currently serving as a Member of Management Board and Chief Retail Officer, Rūta Ežerskienė’s elevation to the CEO role reflects her leadership and confirmed expertise in the financial sector. 

Rūta Ežerskienė succeeds Johan Åkerblom, who has played a pivotal role in driving Citadele Bank’s success in the Baltics.
