Putting customers first

Following the example of Nordea Group, Nordea Bank's Latvia branch produced its second consecutive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Annual Report summarizing their latest CSR activities, and also presents the goals and planned corporate initiatives for 2013.

The report presents information on the most important aspects of Nordea's four dimensions including Company, Society, Business Environment and Nature. Furthermore Nordea Bank's green activities remain in the focus this year. More than 80% of the bank's employees use the services of "Eco office". Altogether around 2000 trips have been made by the corporate bank bicycles.
