Baltic Industrial & Investment Marketview by CBRE Baltics

Feb 19, 2021

CBRE Baltics has recently published two reports: Baltic Industrial Marketview for 2020/2021 and Baltic Investment Marketview for 2020.

The Baltic Industrial Marketview shows that despite the chaos created in the commercial property market by the pandemic, the industrial space segment was able to maintain high rates of growth, irrespective of the contraction in the scale of overall investment in the industrial sector in the Baltic states, compared to the record high indicators of 2019. To view the entire Baltic Industrial Marketview

According to the Baltic Investment Marketview for 2020, uncertainty and a shortage of core investment products drained the interest of foreign investors significantly, leading to an increasing market share for local and regional investors. It is expected that the market will remain stable throughout 2021. To view the entire Baltic Investment Marketview
