SOS Children's Villages Latvia provides long-term family-based care as well as support to biological and foster families guardians, adopters and host families by helping 1200 children all across Latvia. In addition, the organization supports more than 500 children from Ukraine who are currently living in Latvia. The organization is looking for both financial and in-kind donations to support the children in SOS Children’s Villages, SOS Family Support Centers and SOS Out-of-family Care Support centers “Airi vecākiem”. Especially welcome are donations of sweets, Christmas trees, bicycles as Christmas presents and/or financial donations to support ongoing activities.
