Ingrida Karina-Berzina becomes an Individual member

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Ingrida has lived in Latvia since 2005. She is an attorney dual qualified in the United States (PA, NJ) and Latvia, and and is currently on break from private practice. She teaches law at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and the Riga Graduate School of Law, arbitrates domain name disputes, and is pro bono counsel to startup companies at TechHub Riga. Ingrida is a graduate of Yale University, The Fletcher School (Tufts University) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Ingrida served on the AmCham Board from 2013-2020, where she was Vice President (2014-2019) and President (2019-2020). Ingrida has also served on the Board of the Foreign Investors Council of Latvia (2018-2019). She is an active contributor to various FICIL Advocacy work groups, including governance of higher education, intellectual property protection and the court system reform.

From 2012-2020 Ingrīda was a partner and Head of the IP & IT Practice Group at pan-Baltic law firm COBALT specializing in intellectual property, technologies, and entrepreneurship.
