On November 14 at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, Latvijas Finieris decided to increase the company's share capital from 89.6 to 134.5 million euros. The accumulated profit of the previous periods has been diverted to increase the share capital.

According to the Pauls Ābele, Board Member of Latvijas Finieris, the company has an ambitious investment plan to invest more than 200 million euros in the development of the group in order to achieve strategic goals and strengthen the company's position in the European birch plywood market.
