As of October 1, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. adopts the new brand name Nasdaq to better reflect its global strategy. In connection with this change, Nasdaq Baltic exchanges will adopt the brand names Nasdaq Riga, Nasdaq Tallinn, and Nasdaq Vilnius.

The company names of the legal entities that operate the stock exchanges will be left unchanged until further notice and will thus remain NASDAQ OMX Tallinn AS, NASDAQ OMX Riga AS, AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius. Indices and Data products will also keep OMX as part of their names for the time being.

In addition to the new brand, Nasdaq unveiled a new site about Nasdaq four areas of customer focus - Tech, Trade, Intel and List - and overviews of products and services that are creating new opportunities around capital markets.
