Opportunities & challenges of returning to work

Jun 11, 2020
Companies here in the Baltics have got used to the situation arisen due to Covid-19, and start to think about coming back to "normal" work conditions. However, an urge to hear - what are the activities that other companies are planning to implement? What are the challenges encountered by peers? What do we still have to consider in our organization? - persists in the business and HR networks.

To dispel the confusion, ERDA has launched a new study on the opportunities and challenges of returning to work. Looking at the companies in the Baltics and around the world, it is clear that we are in the early stages of a new reality, when both the work environment and the requirements for employees and companies will have to change.

ERDA would be grateful if you could share your opinion on the situation: HERE by June 22. The survey is in English, and it will take ~10min of your time.

Please leave your contact information at the end of the survey if you are interested to receive the survey insights and conclusions delivered at the beginning of July!
