SEB Growth Program open for applications

Continuing the Growth Program for companies that was successfully launched in previous years, SEB bank is announcing an application for the Growth Program dedicated to business improvement for the fifth time. This year, the program will take place virtually, thus expanding the range of potential participants, because it will now be possible to learn the opportunities provided by the program from anywhere in Latvia or even outside Latvia. SEB banka implements the business growth program in cooperation with the management consulting company Civitta Latvija. Participation in the program is free of charge for companies, SEB bank invests 40,000 euros a year in its implementation.  Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are invited to apply for the program by September 25th.

Since 2018, 50 Latvian companies have already completed the Growth Program. The first cycle was completed by 9, the second by 13, the third by 15, and the fourth by 13 companies, including Hromets poligrāfija, Overly, Smiltenes piens, Skrivanek Baltic, Kamelota, Baltu rotas and others.

The purpose of Growth Program for Companies is to prepare companies for rapid growth through digital technologies and innovations. During three months, local and international experts and mentors helped companies to identify new business opportunities, create and test new business models and prepare a six-month action plan to reach their goals. For companies participation in the program is free of charge. SEB has invested 40 000 EUR this year and two batches of the Growth Program have been completed so far.
