SEB Tech Program for IT stars

SEB Tech Program is designed to discover the future IT stars and give them the tools to grow as professionals in software development, continuous integration and delivery, testing and be a part of international agile teams. It starts in September 2020 and runs for 6 months, with a goal of developing your skills for a permanent position at SEB. Are you a good fit?
  • You're a fresh graduate or about to get a degree in IT, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent studies
  • You have the drive for learning, a humble mind-set and responsibility for your own development
  • You're solution-oriented and have great social skills
  • You have excellent English skills
  • You are able to travel and spend at least 8 weeks outside Latvia
Previous experience in IT (especially .Net, Java 8, Spring framework, Oracle database, MS SQL or testing) and/or banking and financial sectors is your advantage.
