SOS Children's Villages in Latvia opened the door of the new Family support center on Brivibas street 197a. The support center will provide assistance to families where the parents are in danger of being suspended from their duties or in cases when the child custody parental rights might be terminated, and for one-parent families, or family, which need a specialist support to parents raising children due to the lack of certain parenting skills.

Director of SOS Children's Villages in Latvia Ilze Paleja said: "We are pleased with the long-term cooperation that SOS Children's Villages in Latvia has established with the Riga Social Service and Welfare Department of Riga City Council.
