Belconsult has recently joined the Chamber as a Small Business member. Belconsult is strategic and management consultancy company, which specializes in assisting management to build and implement strategies, corporate governance and internal control systems. For the projects company applies adaptive, or agile methodology. In the Chamber it will be represented by Jevgenijs Belezjaks, Founder and Member of the Management Board.

Mr. Jevgenijs Belezjaks has over than 25 years of experience in strategy development and realization. Among Jevgenijs's achievements there are: bringing company from 5 mln EUR loss to 14 mln profit, integrating bank into leasing company, taking over leadership in the Baltic car financing market, recreating industry association and many others. Currently Jevgenijs also serves as non-executive director in AS Rīgas Siltums (energy & Heat supply sector) and SIA Getliņi EKO (waste management, circular economy and energy sectors).
