In his role as Honorary Consul, he seeks to promote collaboration among individuals, businesses and institutions in Latvia and Massachusetts with a focus on the leading sectors of the Massachusetts innovation economy. Mr. Seja works as an in-house attorney in the asset management division of Fidelity Investments, which is one of the world's leading asset management companies. He has previously practiced law in the areas of international finance, derivatives and banking at Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, MA and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, NY and Washington, DC.
