World Latvian Economics & Innovations Forum in Valmiera

May 22, 2018
Latvia is ripe for economic growth and development. Value-added business growth and increased manufacturing output is guiding many Latvian business sectors to actively expand their export markets, whilst others are keenly seeking further investment to service the broader markets that are beckoning.

Following on from previous successful Forums in Rīga (Latvia 2013, 2015), Melbourne (Australia, 2016) and Chicago Spotlight Latvia (U.S.A., 2017), the World Latvian Economics and Innovation Forum (WLEIF), 2018 will be held in the picturesque Latvian regional business and manufacturing hub of Valmiera, from June 28-29, 2018.

Join other business professionals with a special interest in Latvia as a vehicle for business success to make valuable connections and explore practical opportunities in this exciting and evolving global market.

Sessions will include:

(1&2) Establishing Export Connections and Business Opportunities, with separate sessions focusing on U.S.A. and Asia;

(3) "Choose Latvia" as the ideal place for Business Startup, Development and Growth;

(4) "Contact Exchange" - Speed Networking.

Expert panel moderators include: Ingrīda Kariņa - Bērziņa, Pēteris Blumbergs, Valda Liepiņa, Matīss Kukainis and Ieva Reine. Also featuring a Trade Display Expo, Forum networking dinner and site visits to premier Valmiera businesses, this Forum is an event not to be missed, particularly at the height of the Latvian Centenary celebrations on the eve of the Latvian Song and Dance Festival.
