On January 21, about 25 AmCham members gathered at Rigat TechHub premises to participate in the first Business After Hours of 2016 hosted by Riga Toastmasters.
Guests had a chance to learn about innovative tech startups and gain some significant tips to make presentations a breeze. Riga Toastmasters had prepared short, useful and fun workshops to help their guests to improve public speaking skills on a daily bases.
After learning how to craft a speech in only 10 minutes, how to use voice and body language and give an encouraging feedback, guests concluded the evening with refreshments, networking and traditional raffle.
We were happy to participate and hope this event marks a start of new collaboration.
