How digitalization is changing insurance industry?

Nov 27, 2019 from 18:30 till 21:00
SEB bank Innovation Center, Valnu 11 (3rd floor)
Our November Business After Hours was hosted by IIZI Brokers at SEB Innovation Center. During the event two important topics were introduced by two experts. Aigars Milts, CEO, IIZI Brokers spoke on the transformation of business models in the insurance industry. He emphasized that digital technology is disrupting industry after industry and customers are ready to buy insurance from different providers rather than from insurance companies. Insurance must be good, fast and cheap to meet needs of customers. In addittion, different algorithms are used to analyze customers and to offer them tailored solutions.

Ilja Nogicevs, Head of Digital Banking, SEB Baltic introduced their recent AI development - Virtual advisor. He explained that chatbot is a modern advisor that constantly learns new topics and provides instant and accurate answers to customer's questions 24 hours a day. It can answer questions on various topics such as bank cards, loans and online services.

Many thanks to IIZI Brokers for hosting such a great event!
