The AmCham Empower Her work group convened to reflect on the April 3rd event, "How empowering equality drives business success?" and to discuss key takeaways. The group also planned the next webinar, which will be organized in collaboration with the Latvian American Chamber of Commerce. This upcoming virtual panel discussion is titled "Championship in the Workplace." 

The next work group meeting is scheduled for June 3 at 16:00, and will take place in person at Professor Skrides Sirds klīnika. During the meeting, Kristīne Mennika, Head of Corporate Communications at Bite Latvia, and Jelena Jesajana, Chairwoman of the Board at Professor Skrīde’s Heart Clinic, will share their insights and experiences.
