From counterfeiting and piracy to patents and packaging, IPR is a cross-industry issue critical to Latvia’s economic growth.
The US Embassy together with AmCham hosted an event to discuss how to enhance IPR protection in Latvia. Participants included Minister of Justice Jānis Bordāns, AmCham Corporate Contributing members, Embassy representatives, NGOs, businesses and academia.The event was chaired by US Ambassador Mark Pekala and moderated by Ingrīda Kariņa-Bērziņa, Partner at Raidla Lejins & Norcous.
