Members were involved in a discussion dedicated on the very topical theme - Leadership in Turbulent Times. These turbulent times we are living in call for extraordinary leadership that often requires a deeper understanding of one's purpose. The leadership focus can be different - transformation and performance, customer outcomes, collaboration and co-creation, collective intuitive intelligence, or hyper-agile empowered teams. In order to become an extraordinary leader you first must look within yourselve - explore, heal and transform only then, change the outside world for the greater good. 

The program also included presentation of book "Purpose" co-authored by 22 consultants, connected by the Oxford Leadership network.

 

After the discussion the giveaway raffle took place. 3 winners of this drawing each received a great prize from the host the book "Purpose".
