On May 31, members of the Labor Force work group gathered to discuss the necessity to update the AmCham position “Latvia as an international career destination” developed in June 2019. Other topics members touched upon were OECD project on supporting employers to promote skills development in Latvia and latest conferences held in May on labor force issues "Future of Jobs" and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.
