Nov 28, 2018 from 16:00 till 17:30
Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga, Elizabetes 55
Members enjoyed the team building workshop LEGO® Serious Play® with Dirk Denoyelle, LEGO® Certified Professional. This workshop is a poweful tool designed to enhance innovation and business performance. It is based on extensive research and enables teams to address complex issues in a fun and engaging way.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® uses brick as a mean to help teams brainstorm, prioritize and define strategies. The LSP methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue for everyone in the organization.
About the Speaker:
Dirk Denoyelle
LEGO® Certified Professional
LEGO® Serious Play® coach
Founder and leading designer of Amazings, Belgium

Amazings is an Antwerp, Belgium, based company that creates art and organises events with LEGO® bricks. Its founder Dirk Denoyelle is one of the only sixteen LEGO® Certified Professionals in the world. Besides that, he is an engineer, performer and polyglot, performing in 6 European languages (English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Danish).

Dirk is also a certified LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) coach. LSP uses the brick as a means to help teams to brainstorm, prioritize, define strategies etc. Dirk has done sessions like these all over Europe, always with great success. It is also obvious he has the profile to give motivational speeches. The most popular one is “A journey of change”.

LEGO® is not a toy, it is a medium. It is a way to express oneself. It is like paint to a painter, or clay to sculptor, or marble to Michelangelo. The six artists at Amazings are dedicated to creating personalised art pieces, from fine arts to large-scale models, two dimensional and 3D portraits, architectural models etc.
