On February 24, we invited our Corporate Contributing members to a discussion in the Thought Leaders Series focusing on leadership lessons ensuring business continuity from leaders across various industries. 

In this session the following leaders representing top-tier members shared best practices for managing the COVID-19 crisis:

• Rima Valentukeviciene, COO of IBM Baltics
• Rauls Velins, General Manager of Roche Latvija 

The discussion was moderated by Ieva Racenaja, Vice President of AmCham and Director of Riga Graduate School of Law. Participants had an opportunity to ask questions and share their experiences.

This was the first executive forum for CEOs and similar leadership positions this year aiming at building relationships and sharing knowledge, as we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis.
