Since early this year CBRE offers Valuation, as well as Office & Industrial Agency services. CBRE has been the market leading provider of Real Estate Consultancy in Europe for many years and their are happy to extend this unique offer to the Baltics.
They are now able to offer agency, management and valuation services related to Retail, Offices or Industrial. CBRE in the Baltics is part of the CEE and EMEA region and therefore has access to all relevant local market know-how, as well as CBRE's international market best practices and resources.
Their new service lines are managed by people with extensive knowledge in their area of business.
