On September 5, Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvija (RMHC Latvija) invites you to join the International Charity Day which is celebrated all around the world and dedicated to the activities of charitable organizations with an aim to raise awareness of charitable foundations. RMHC Latvija, in cooperation with TC Origo, invites you, your families, friends, and colleagues to attend the "Good Deeds Days" event.

Venue: TC Origo square and atrium

During the event, you will have an opportunity to visit Care Mobile of RMHC Latvija for children, which goes on daily trips to the regions of Latvia, and find out more about their operation in Latvia.

For families with children to participate in creative workshops on a healthy lifestyle - healthy nutrition, healthy sleep and movement.

• Together we will create the "Heart of Habits", where everyone will be able to pin their heart - making themselves and others think that doing good is a virtue and value, a habit that only needs to grow in strength;
• The dwarf "Uzturiņš" will invite everyone to create a reminder on daily meals and to think more about what and how they eat;
• The "Good sleep" workshop will discuss the prerequisites for healthy sleep and everyone will be able to create a healthy sleep clock;
• "Idea station for daily movements", where everyone will be able to find out how to follow a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis.
