On May 21, Sorainen received the Baltic States Tax Firm of the Year award at the ITR European Tax Awards 2020. The award, recongizing the firm's remarkable achievements and developments in the tax field, went to Sorainen for the ninth time.

Major projects in the Baltics in 2019
Some of our projects that we believe really stand out in the market in 2019 would include:

• Preparing a report on introduction of a pan-Baltic covered bond legal and regulatory framework. The unified approach enables the Baltics to act as a unified, stronger and more competitive market.
• Advising HBO and Sky Atlantic on co-producing the highly acclaimed TV mini-series Chernobyl.
