Welcome to our May newsletter. This month the first Human Development Award was presented in honor of inspirational people and socially responsible organizations. Not only was the award first of its sort in Latvia, our research shows that this is a unique award on a world scale. Also, this month we held a lively luncheon debate on NATO. We sent a position letter on EU card payment market to the Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers. Our members Seesam and Albert Hotel welcomed us at their offices and threw terrific networking parties.
