Valmieras stikla šķiedra helps 26 children to prepare for school

Valmieras stikla šķiedra granted financial support for 26 employees of the company, whose children will start their 1st grade on September 1, 2015.

The company will grant a total of 5200 euros for 11 girls and 15 boys who will start going to school this year.

The company for many years has provided support to families of their employees, so that they are might be able to prepare their children to start their 1st grade education. "It is not a secret that parents face high costs to properly prepare their child for the first day of school. It is necessary to buy different goods for school such as school bag, sports suit, casual clothes, and much more. We want to support our employees with the first money for school thus helping them to prepare for a new stage in life. We are pleased that our team has a lot of new employees, a lot of families, and with the following financial "aid" we want to support children and their parents - our employees, "says JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra Board member and HR Director Doloresa Volkopa.
